Riley I am not one for wearing headbands, but this one is comfortable. There are teeth that hold it in place, and they are not painful. The band itself is slightly flexible, giving it room to accommodate my head.
I wore it for a couple hours to do chores and it did not bother me or give me a headache. Would def recommend!
