General
- We use fast and economical shipping services, most often USPS, and occasionally UPS or DHL.
- If you require additional insurance, or want your order sent a specific way, please contact us at support@yorefinery.com with your order number and shipping request.
- Once the package has left our facilities, it is no longer within our realm of control or responsibility, and is the responsibility of the shipping service provider.
- For lost or damaged packages, please contact the shipping service provider directly, as they each have their own package insurance policy that can return your money if you file a claim.
If you reach out to us, the most we can do is direct you to the right website, phone number, or email address, and provide your tracking number.
*USPS offers up to $100 of coverage for free with Ground Advantage and Priority Mail, all you have to do is make a claim on their website.*
