Refund policy

*Damages, or Incorrect Item*

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges: 

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request an exchange.

We can accept exchanges on new / "Curated" stock items only. 
If your item is labeled as "Handmade", "Vintage", or "Upcycled", the sale is final and you cannot exchange it.
Mystery bags and gift cards are also final sale, and cannot be exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in new condition; unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with tags still attached. Any rips, stains, smells, or alterations will get your exchange denied upon inspection.

Exchange Instructions

To start an exchange, please contact customer service with your order number to request an exchange authorization, and let us know whether you would like:
1 - Store Credit
2 - An equivalent value item in a different size, color, style, etc.

If your exchange is authorized, we will send you a return label, and further instructions on how to complete the exchange.

*Any item that is part of an exchange is no longer able to be returned for a refund.*

 

Returns for Refund:

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

We can accept returns on full-price, new / "Curated" stock items only.
If your item is labeled as "Handmade", "Vintage", "Upcycled", or has been discounted by 15% or more, the sale is final and you cannot return it.
Mystery bags and gift cards are also final sale, and cannot be returned.

Return Instructions

To start a Return, please contact customer service with your order number to request a Return authorization. If your return is authorized, we will send you a return label & further instructions on how to complete your return.

Important: As a small business, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Therefore, the exact cost of the return label will be subtracted from the amount refunded. 
We use the cheapest method of return shipping, and will give you an exact quote before providing the label. 

*The original shipping cost of your order is not refundable, and will be deducted from the refunded amount.*

Refund Processing:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s) returned minus any applicable subtractions (explained above), to your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, often between 2-7 business days. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

As above, all items must be in new condition; unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with tags still attached. Any rips, stains, smells, or alterations will get your return denied upon inspection. You will be responsible for the return postage to send back any item you wish to return, and original shipping costs are not refundable. * You will not receive a refund or exchange for any items "refused," "returned to sender," or otherwise sent back without having a valid return authorization on file, regardless of your reasoning.*
