Yore Finery will be moving locations in the second half of August, and will not have access to our current PO box or fulfillment location after August 18th.
Returns:
We will not be able to initiate or process new return requests from now (August 5th), until we have moved into our new space, due to unpredictable shipping timelines as we approach our move date.
But don't fret! Any order placed between August 1st and August 15th will have an additional 15 days added to their return window to accommodate for the inconvenience. Simply wait to contact us on or after the 20th, and we will be able to get your return started!
Orders:
Because we are a small team taking on this move while running the business ourselves, any orders placed on or after the 15th may incurr a shipping delay of 3-7 days.
Due to this, we will be removing express shipping services between the 15th and 21st of August to allow time for the move.
Please keep this information in mind when placing new orders, and requesting returns from existing orders.
We will be flexible with you during this time, and ask that you be flexible with us as well until we are back to normal operations around August 21st
